A public record of the Rappahannock Regional Jail
Uncage RRJ, a Stafford-based 501(c)(4), needed to turn public records and personal testimony into something the community could actually use. We built their public-records website, a private triage tool where AI suggests labels for incoming testimony and people make the final call, and a text-message ride line to connect people leaving the jail with volunteer drivers.
